The Experimentalist Podcast: Session 077 by Brandon Mitchell

This episode has some decent improv at the beginning. Then some talk that will hopefully continue about the new direction post Experimentalist P-Cast. Could be something to do with the art world. Like critiquing art. God's art, like trees and such. Or stop signs.

Woah! It just cracked some serious thunder outside just as I was typing about God. Coincidence? Maybe. But, I think not because I think that's part of God's art. Storms, trees, stop signs. It's all there for the taking. You just gotta visit the museum every once and a while. It is free, but still, you might want to donate every once and a while. Good luck!

Session 075! End of Season 3!! by Brandon Mitchell

This jam features a cool chord progression I learned from people who live near me and play music. I ended up modifying it a bit. Not sure if that was by accident or on purpose. There's also delay effects fun as -- I think -- always. Thanks for checking this out!

Peace!

The Experimentalist Podcast: Session 073 by Brandon Mitchell

"I don't think you have to be completely bonkers to get into the experimental phase. You might have to knock yourself unconscious or play with matches so to speak. Who knows what the right combination might be. You just have to keep trying - keep mixing, you know? Sometimes you might get burned, but other times you might start a serious blaze. Don't misunderstand this either...it's not always a gas. A lot of the time it's nothing but a slog in slow-mo through some stinky slop. It's a living nightmare. Then again, sometimes it's a dream come true. So, no, to answer your question, you don't have to be bonkers, but it helps in those in between times."
